We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Marketing Assistant to join our team in our Cody, Wyoming office. This full-time position combines administrative support responsibilities with marketing and business development assistance, providing an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced professional environment and wants to contribute to the success of a growing design firm. Position Summary The Office Manager / Marketing Assistant will support daily office operations while assisting with marketing initiatives, proposal preparation, client communications, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an interest in architecture, design, and marketing. Primary ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Serve as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document organization. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room scheduling. Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination. Support project teams with document preparation, printing, and distribution. Maintain office supplies and assist with general office administration. Marketing & Business Development Support Assist in the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials. Maintain and update marketing databases, project information, and client contacts. Support social media, website updates, and digital marketing efforts. Coordinate photography, project documentation, and marketing collateral. Assist with award submissions, press releases, and public relations initiatives. Help track business development opportunities and marketing activities. Support the development of brochures, graphics, and promotional materials. Qualifications Previous administrative, office management, marketing, or related experience preferred. Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or design industry is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign , is highly desirable. Experience with social media platforms and content development is a plus. Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position based in Cody, Wyoming.
