Partnering closely with marketing and operational leaders across hospital, regional, divisional, and group levels, the Marketing Business Partner owns the identification, development, and execution of programs that move the needle on new client acquisition, visit volume, and retention. This is not a support role. It's a growth role. Success is defined by outcomes — new client conversion rates, phone and online booking performance, visit growth, and the ability to build scalable programs that work across a complex, multi-site environment. The right candidate brings analytical instincts, operational fluency, and the drive to turn gaps in performance into opportunities for impact. They will work alongside internal marketing teammates, operations analysts, third-party agency partners, and Mission operational leaders. This role demands proactive thinking and anticipating regional needs before they surface and respond with urgency and precision.

Essential Functions:

New Client Growth, Visit Growth & Analysis Review data and identify opportunities for divisional/regional/hospital growth. Communicate and execute opportunities with a sense of urgency to drive growth. Be willing to learn and identify new opportunities for hospitals beyond the standard scope of work and metrics. Demonstrating understanding of analysis and effective communication on how to track success for hospitals and presenting success back to the marketing team. Operational Leadership Relationships Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to operations leaders— meeting regularly and coming prepared with recommendations and priorities. Build genuine partnerships with operations leadership, earning credibility through consistency, follow-through, and results. Build strong buy-in and drive action by translating ideas into a clear direction, and motivating teams to execute, not just presenting recommendations but ensuring follow-through and results. Collaborate with all operational leadership to have a pulse on next steps, and adjust strategies based on each hospital's unique needs. Assess all operations requests as an opportunity for growth, prioritize and communicate those opportunities to operations leadership.
Additional Functions:
Strategic Partnerships & Leadership Lead meetings with strategic partners to collaborate on new initiatives. Join weekly marketing leadership meetings and speak to strategy and plan for hospitals needing demand.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualitative Requirements Shows confidence and data acumen in meetings presenting to Operations Leaders on a consistent basis and focuses on efforts on priority marketing recommendations. Shows a deep understanding of the data presented, including where it comes from and how to use it to affect change. Resource of trust for other team members to ask questions and learn from. Quantitative Requirements Demonstrate increases in Marketing business metrics listed below for your hospitals.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or similar. 4+ years of similar work experience, preferably in an analyst, operational, or business-focused role in retail, healthcare or other multi-location industry, required. Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities concurrently. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage on-time deliverables. Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills Able to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with co-workers, operational teams, and management.
