Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity; use insights to refine campaigns. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts, blogs, and website content. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI. Collaborate with the public relations team to manage media relations, press releases, and community outreach efforts. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights. Coordinate branding efforts across all digital platforms to ensure consistency in voice, style, and messaging. Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and visual assets that drive sales. Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community growth. Skills Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content. Skilled in video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse channels. Strong knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimization, and web analytics. Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with branding standards. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including branding, public relations, e-commerce promotion, and relationship management.
