Winsouth is now hiring a
Digital Experience Specialist:
The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to members through WinSouth Credit Union's digital banking channels. This position assists members with online and mobile banking services, digital payment solutions, electronic account services, and technology-related member support. The Digital Experience Specialist serves as a subject-matter expert on digital products and helps drive member adoption of electronic services while ensuring a positive member experience.
