Job Title:
Brand Manager Location:
Fayetteville, AR (In-Person, Full-Time) About Benton Lane Benton Lane is a fast-growing family of eCommerce home and gift brands—including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Aspen&Arlo, Anthem Classic, and more. We're looking for a Brand Manager to help lead and grow our brands—owning the day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance while helping shape what comes next. This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts creative and strategic—someone who loves aesthetics, storytelling, and building brands, but also gets excited about growth, performance, and making smart business decisions. As a Brand Manager, you'll act like the general manager of one or several of our brands—owning the customer experience across marketing, product launches, promotions, website experience, and brand positioning. You'll partner closely with leadership, marketing, creative, and content teams to grow brand awareness, improve conversion, and drive long-term growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to take ownership, move quickly, and help build something meaningful inside a fast-growing company. What You'll Do Own the brand with a P&L mindset—understanding how revenue, margin, discounts, and production costs impact profitability Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and channel optimization Think like a general manager for our brands, balancing short-term growth with long-term brand equity Monitor product-level performance and recommend assortment changes based on sell-through, margins, and customer demand Partner with leadership to set revenue goals and help build plans to achieve them Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend when to push, pull back, or pivot strategy Use market trends and competitor positioning to refine the brand's place in the market Own the brand tone, voice, and aesthetic across all customer touchpoints Advocate for the brand internally, representing business priorities in cross-functional conversations Help shape pricing, discounting, and launch strategies with an understanding of contribution margin Manage website updates and product page improvements to ensure visuals, copy, and layout are always optimized Collaborate with the marketing team on email, paid ads, and promotional campaigns to ensure content is on-brand and performing well Track key performance metrics like ROAS, conversion rate, and production metrics, using insights to inform future decisions Drive execution of brand-level initiatives including launches, promotions, campaigns, and new collections Help guide social media direction and contribute ideas for fresh, engaging content Partner with the content team to brainstorm and brief storytelling-driven creative that connects with customers Develop and maintain a content and promotions calendar to keep initiatives aligned and organized Who You Are You think beyond aesthetics and understand that strong brands are built on both creativity and financial performance You naturally evaluate ideas through a business lens—thinking about growth, margin, and long-term brand value You're a creative problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving You can zoom out to think strategically while still executing day-to-day brand work You're excited to learn how brands operate at a P&L and category level You think like an owner and take pride in driving growth and results You have a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency You're comfortable with (or excited to learn) tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics You understand (or are eager to dive into) eCommerce KPIs and what makes campaigns and product pages convert You enjoy working on a small, scrappy team where you can make a meaningful impact You're adaptable, curious, and excited by fast-moving environments Why Join Us Benton Lane is a small but mighty team building a growing portfolio of design-forward home and gift brands. Joining now means getting in early and helping shape the future of the company. You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership, contribute ideas that matter, and work alongside a collaborative, driven team that moves quickly and values initiative. We care deeply about creating beautiful products, building strong brands, and finding people who are excited to grow with us. Sound like a fit? We'd love to hear from you. Tell us a bit about yourself and why you're excited about the role.
