Field Marketing and Partnership Manager Emergency Air - 5.0 Chandler, AZ Job Details $70,000 - $85,000 a year 13 hours ago Benefits Fuel card Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Emergency Air Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager Phoenix, Arizona The Opportunity Our Marketing team is looking for a marketer and events leader to drive local, boots-on-the-ground marketing efforts for Emergency Air across the Phoenix market. You will be responsible for executing marketing through a mix of campaigns, events, social media, local partnerships, content creation, print, and community presence.
The focus is simple:
build real connection with homeowners and turn that connection into long-term customers and members. A core part of this role is leading the execution of marketing and activations behind Emergency Air's major partnerships, including the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, and other high-profile local relationships. This includes managing campaigns, coordinating and running activations on the ground, capturing content, and ensuring the brand shows up consistently across every touchpoint. You will be responsible for executing local marketing campaigns and partnership activations end-to-end, ensuring strong in-market presence and measurable impact. You will report directly to the local General Manager and collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team, including Brand, Media, Content, Customer Marketing, and Creative, to ensure marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community activations align with company goals and brand standards. Success in this role is measured by lead generation, membership growth, partnership engagement, and overall market brand awareness. hours of Sick Time Off 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday during your birthday month Responsibilities Execute local marketing campaigns across channels, including email, text, social media, print, and in-market activations Lead execution of marketing and activation efforts for major partnerships, including the Arizona Cardinals and Arizona Diamondbacks Coordinate and run activations on the ground, including game days, events, recruiting initiatives, and community programs Manage development and deployment of partnership assets, including digital, print, signage, and in-venue creative Capture and create real-time social media content at events, activations, and shoots to extend reach and engagement Plan and coordinate local content shoots, including customer stories, technician features, and brand campaigns Build and maintain local partnerships with businesses, community organizations, realtors, influencers, and local leaders Attend and lead 10-20 events per month, including sporting events, trade shows, local fairs, festivals, and recruiting events Manage vendors, logistics, and production for marketing initiatives and activations Collaborate across teams to align marketing execution with lead generation, membership growth, and service demand Develop campaign collateral, recap reports, and performance insights Utilize tools such as ServiceTitan, social platforms, and reporting dashboards to track performance Help refine processes and raise the standard for local marketing execution Preferred Qualifications Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and live activations Strong background in social media content creation and campaign management Experience working with sponsorships, partnerships, or sports marketing Experience in lead generation or performance-driven marketing Comfortable being on camera or directing content in live environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Requirements 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, partnerships, or local marketing execution Ability to work nights and weekends when events or activations require it Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Schedule & Location 40-hour work week 80/20 hybrid with 1 day per week in the office
