Phoenix Title Loans, the 2nd Largest independant title lender in Arizona. Atlas Residential, LLC, owner and manager of approximately 250 rental houses. Atlas Residential, LLC, owner of approximately 100 apartment units. Atlas Commercial, LLC, owner of approximately $20,000,000 in retail properties. We own some or all of 4 bars which offer food, drinks and entertainment. We have roughly 75 loans outstanding against residential & commercial real estate. We operate Drive It Pro who has roughly 200 cars rented to Uber drivers. We operate Castile Roofing, a full service roofing company serving Maricopa & Pinal County. Alfonso Larriva, our managing member, has a strong track record in operating local businesses. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University. A bit of minor trivia, Laurene Powell Jobs sat behind him to the left in marketing class while at Stanford. She got the push vs pull marketing question wrong, but he was allowed to correct her. You need to have at least a high school eduction, and some college experience.
Our work environment includes:
A quiet office with a good amount of space around you. Lunch is brought in daily for simplicity. Hours are flexible so long as they are in-person and between 8am and 6pm M-F, 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. ```
Duties:

- Assist with marketing which includes creating web pages to draw in traffic.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.
- Research new advertising opportunities.
- Create Adwords to promote the pages that have been created.

Requirements:
```
- Currently pursuing a 4 year degree or a recent college graduate.
- A desire to learn accounting.
- Some skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Chat GPT, and Wordpress
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Intern or entry level marketer to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
