Director of Marketing Phoenix, AZ A confidential organization with multiple nationally recognized brands in healthcare and workforce solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, talent acquisition, and business development initiatives. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, communications, creative development, public relations, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with execution while developing high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational growth objectives across multiple business lines.
Lead brand strategy and positioning efforts while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, creative, content, and communications functions.
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue, recruitment, and operational goals.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, website strategy, and analytics.
Drive content development and storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Manage public relations activities, media outreach, and corporate communications efforts.
Monitor key performance indicators and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, recruitment materials, presentations, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and market expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading marketing teams and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, content development, and campaign management.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and influencing organizational strategy.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities.
Healthcare, staffing, professional services, or multi-brand organization experience is highly preferred.
