We have built an incredible foundation with a strong reputation, a recognizable brand, hundreds of five star reviews, and a growing presence throughout Arizona. Now we need the right person to help us maximize our marketing investment, improve performance, create new opportunities, and drive continued growth. This is not a position for someone who simply wants to post on social media. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute relentlessly, and help us generate measurable results. About Us Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring is one of Arizona's fastest growing flooring contractors specializing in epoxy flooring, polished concrete, decorative concrete coatings, urethane cement systems, and commercial flooring solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience while building a company that people are proud to work for and do business with. Position Summary The Marketing Manager will oversee and coordinate all marketing efforts across the company. This person will be responsible for managing marketing vendors, tracking performance, evaluating return on investment, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping create new lead generation channels. Our company invests heavily in marketing and advertising. We need someone who can bring organization, accountability, creativity, and strategy to ensure every marketing dollar is working as hard as possible.
Compensation Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 Performance Bonus Available Additional compensation opportunities tied to lead generation, marketing performance, and company growth. Benefits Company sponsored benefits package Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company computer and technology provided Professional development opportunities Career advancement opportunities Direct access to company leadership ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Oversight Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth goals Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels Evaluate return on investment for all marketing initiatives Manage relationships with outside marketing vendors and agencies Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements Create monthly marketing performance reports Lead Generation Develop new lead generation opportunities Research and coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, home shows, commercial construction events, and community events Identify strategic partnerships that can generate new business Build referral and partner marketing programs Help increase both residential and commercial lead volume Brand Management Maintain and strengthen the Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring brand Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms Coordinate company photography, video content, and branding initiatives Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements Support social media and content marketing efforts Community & Event Marketing Identify and coordinate trade shows and industry events Manage event logistics and promotional materials Track event performance and lead generation results Continuously seek new opportunities to increase brand visibility throughout Arizona Data & Performance Track lead sources and conversion metrics Monitor marketing spend and budgets Improve marketing efficiency and cost per lead Create systems and processes to help leadership make better marketing decisions What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: Increase qualified lead volume Improve return on marketing investment Identify and launch new lead generation opportunities Strengthen brand awareness Improve tracking and accountability across all marketing channels Build a scalable marketing engine that supports company growth Qualifications Marketing experience preferred Strong project management skills Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously Experience with digital marketing, branding, and lead generation Strong communication and organizational skills Data driven decision maker Creative problem solver Self motivated and accountable Comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment Why Join Two Brothers?
