Position Overview The Director of Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling a national brand presence while developing and leading a high-performing in-house marketing team. This individual will oversee all marketing functions—including content, events, media production, onboarding marketing operations, social media, and brand management—while driving consistency, creativity, and performance. This role will directly manage a team of Marketing and Media Coordinators responsible for content creation, event planning, video production, onboarding workflows, social media execution, and brand consistency across the organization. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, can lead through change, and is passionate about building a nationally recognized brand.
