Schedule Details:
Our Sr. Marketing Manager will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Provides overall leadership and support to the team members and processes of the local on-site marketing programs. Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth, sales efficiency, and guest experience. Recruits, trains, and develops Marketing Representatives. Coordinates effective tour management with sales leaders, and maintains open lines of communication of new procedures, programs, and policies. Leads the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including the management of Marketing Representatives, to ensure outstanding guest experience. Operates in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals. Supports the Marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.
