Site Secure | Tempe, AZ Site Secure is a rapidly growing company that provides advanced mobile surveillance and remote monitoring solutions for government agencies, critical infrastructure, construction sites, commercial properties, events, and more. Up to this point, Site Secure has grown primarily through referrals, reputation, customer retention, and a product that stands out in the marketplace. We're now ready to build a scalable marketing engine that supports our next phase of growth. We are looking for a hands-on, growth-focused B2B marketer to build and lead our marketing function as we expand nationally. This is not a "maintain the machine" role. We are looking for someone who wants to build the machine. Success in this role won't be measured by how busy you are. It will be measured by the quality of opportunities generated, the strength of the brand you help build, and the growth you help create. You'll be the sole member of our marketing team and will have the opportunity to build and lead Site Secure's future marketing department as we continue expanding nationally. You will work directly with company leadership to shape our brand, drive growth, generate qualified opportunities, and help establish Site Secure as a national leader in the industry. What You'll Own Growth & Demand Generation Develop and execute B2B growth marketing strategies focused on generating qualified inbound leads Build, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), lead quality, and conversion rates Analyze data, identify trends, test new strategies, and pivot quickly when needed Manage marketing budgets responsibly and make data-driven decisions regarding advertising spend and channel investment. Build KPI dashboards and regularly report on marketing performance Brand Development Help define and evolve Site Secure's national brand presence Strengthen our voice, messaging, positioning, and customer perception Ensure consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and communications Help answer critical questions: Who are our customers? Why do they choose us? What makes us different? How do we stand apart in a rapidly growing industry? Social Media & Content Leadership Manage and grow Site Secure's social media presence Plan and publish high-quality content multiple times per week Capture and communicate real-world stories, deployments, customer wins, and company culture Develop and execute campaigns that re-engage past customers, nurture prospective customers over time, and create additional opportunities from existing relationships and previously generated leads Coordinate with outsourced partners for video, design, SEO, website support, and specialized content when needed Marketing Leadership Build the foundation of Site Secure's future marketing department Create systems, processes, reporting structures, and marketing standards Help determine future hiring needs and eventually lead a growing marketing team What We're Looking For Required Experience 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated results, including experience marketing B2B products or services Proven success managing paid advertising campaigns Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, ideally in a B2B environment Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand Experience tracking KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to operate independently and execute without constant oversight Experience with ActiveCampaign, Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Builder mentality Highly proactive Analytical and creative Comfortable wearing multiple hats Excited by growth targets and accountability Energized by creating, testing, improving, and scaling Wants to help build something significant
