Full-Time About Us Team Integrity Homes is a high-producing, fast-growing real estate team closing 400+ homes annually across multiple markets. We are scaling aggressively and investing heavily in brand, content, and lead generation. Our goal is to become the most recognized and followed real estate brand in our market—and we need a high-level operator to make that happen. Position Overview We are hiring a Director of Social Media & Marketing to own, execute, and optimize our entire digital presence. This role is responsible for capturing content, building brand awareness, and generating inbound leads through social platforms and marketing systems. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. You will be in the field capturing content, working directly with agents, and driving measurable growth through content, AI tools, and platform algorithms. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Capture Film and produce high-quality photo/video content (reels, stories, long-form, etc.) Capture agent activity, listings, closings, events, and lifestyle content Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across platforms Social Media Growth & Strategy Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms Leverage platform algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth Optimize posts using SEO, hashtags, hooks, and trending formats Lead Generation Build systems that convert content into inbound leads (DM funnels, landing pages, CTAs) Track and report performance metrics (leads generated, engagement, conversions) Collaborate with leadership to align content with recruiting and sales goals Property Marketing Create and execute marketing plans for listings (video, social, email, ads) Ensure every listing is positioned to stand out in the market Coordinate with agents to highlight property features and storytelling AI & Marketing Systems Utilize AI tools for content creation, editing, copywriting, and automation Stay ahead of trends in AI, social media, and digital marketing Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scale Qualifications Proven experience in social media growth and content creation (portfolio required) Strong videography and editing skills (iPhone + professional equipment) Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms Experience using AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, video editing AI, automation tools, etc.) Ability to execute quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize performance Real estate experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and growth metrics Opportunity to scale income based on impact Work directly with a top-producing real estate team High-growth environment with leadership opportunities What Success Looks Like Significant growth in followers, engagement, and brand recognition Consistent inbound leads generated from social media High-quality, consistent content output across all platforms Agents actively participating in and benefiting from content strategy How to Apply Submit your resume along with: Links to social media accounts you've grown or managed Examples of content you've created (video + posts) Brief explanation of how you would generate leads through social media This role is for someone who wants to build a dominant brand, drive real business results, and operate at a high level inside a top real estate team.
