6 Months 100% Onsite Job Summary The Web Content Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting global content management systems, as well as maintaining high-quality digital content across websites. This role involves providing user training, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and digital stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational standards and goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for content management systems and digital platforms. Manage and maintain website content, including updating graphics, uploading documents, and publishing pages. Ensure all web content is accurate, up-to-date, error-free, and aligned with business objectives. Create new web pages and update existing content based on business needs and promotional calendars. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, usability principles, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, strategies, and promotional initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve website performance and enhance customer experience. Work with digital agencies and internal teams to test new features, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and report issues. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Crown peak, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, and recommend improvements. Import and manage digital assets within content management systems, including metadata tagging. Provide support to CMS users by addressing queries related to workflows, permissions, and content libraries.
