The Director, Digital Growth Marketing will serve as the strategic leader responsible for driving digital demand generation, market development, and scalable growth initiatives for RxSight's Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) and Light Delivery Device (LDD). This role will lead the company's digital-first marketing strategy across HCP and direct-to-consumer (DTC) audiences, focusing on funnel creation, digital engagement, marketing automation, website strategy, and performance analytics. This individual will oversee digital agency partnerships, optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing programs while ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead RxSight's digital growth marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion for LAL and LDD globally. Develop and execute integrated digital demand generation and market development campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), practices, and patients. Own and optimize digital funnel-building initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation. Define and manage RxSight's global website strategy for both HCP and DTC audiences, ensuring optimized user experience, engagement, conversion, and scalability. Lead digital marketing analytics, reporting, attribution modeling, and KPI tracking to drive data-informed decision-making and measurable ROI. Serve as the primary lead for Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, CRM integration, lead management workflows, and marketing automation systems. Establish and continuously improve digital marketing infrastructure, technology stack, and automation capabilities. Partner closely with Sales, Professional Education, and Product Marketing to align digital campaigns with commercial priorities and customer journeys. Oversee and optimize relationships with digital agencies and external marketing partners. Drive innovation in digital engagement strategies, audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing execution. Ensure all digital marketing initiatives comply with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements. Support international digital expansion strategies and localized digital campaign execution. Build and develop scalable digital marketing capabilities, processes, and team infrastructure over time. Evaluate and implement emerging digital marketing technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation platforms, to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency. Oversee brand representation and customer engagement opportunities across trade shows, conferences, and commercial events.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven success leading digital growth marketing and demand generation programs within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, marketing automation, CRM systems, email marketing, and digital analytics. Strong experience managing Salesforce (SFDC), Marketing Cloud, and integrated marketing technology ecosystems. Demonstrated success building and optimizing digital sales funnels and lead generation programs. Experience leading digital agency strategy, selection, and performance management. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization, reporting, attribution, and ROI measurement. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced growth environment. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within healthcare marketing. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing technologies, predictive analytics, audience segmentation, and marketing automation tools used to optimize digital engagement and campaign effectiveness.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop digital growth marketing capabilities and team structure to support company growth objectives. Manage external digital agencies, consultants, and marketing vendors. Provide leadership and mentorship across digital marketing operations, analytics, and automation functions. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, andTRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience in digital growth marketing, demand generation, and marketing strategy. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams and/or agency partners. Experience within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries strongly preferred. Proven experience leading digital demand generation and market development programs for both HCP and patient audiences. Demonstrated success managing CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing technology ecosystems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketing Cloud. Experience overseeing SEO/SEM, paid media, social advertising, website strategy, marketing analytics, and omnichannel digital campaigns. Experience supporting global or international marketing initiatives preferred. Training or certification in digital marketing, analytics, marketing automation, or CRM platforms preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align marketing strategies with commercial business objectives.
