  • 85,000+ BOE Uncapped commission opportunities Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Supportive leadership team Career advancement opportunities Employee appreciation and recognition programs General Purpose The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing facility census, and representing Arvin Post Acute within the healthcare community.
This position serves as the primary liaison between hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, managed care organizations, and community partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase admissions and census growth Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other referral sources Conduct regular facility visits, presentations, and networking events Coordinate tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners Track referral activity and admission trends Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate smooth transitions and timely admissions Represent the facility at healthcare and community events Identify new business development opportunities within the market Maintain detailed records of marketing activities and referral contacts Work closely with facility leadership to achieve census and revenue goals Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility marketing guidelines Qualifications Education & Experience Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing experience strongly preferred Experience working with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare referral networks preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Skills & Abilities Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly organized and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Licenses & Requirements Valid California Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout the assigned market area Work Environment Skilled nursing facility and community-based healthcare settings Frequent local travel to hospitals, physician offices, and referral sources Fast-paced and results-oriented environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
