About Us Platinum Commerce, LLC is a leading E-Commerce and Social Commerce agency that partners with top-tier brands to accelerate their growth on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, and other digital marketplaces. As a certified TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), we provide end-to-end solutions including shop management, affiliate marketing, live streaming operations, content strategy, and fulfillment services. Our team has driven millions in GMV for clients across beauty, consumer electronics, fashion, health & wellness, and home goods. Position Overview We're looking for a Director of Account Management to own the post-onboarding client experience across our entire brand portfolio. Once a brand is live, you're responsible for everything — shop health, listing optimization, affiliate performance, content output, live commerce results, and P&L. You'll lead and develop a team of Account Managers while staying personally hands-on with our most strategic accounts. This isn't a desk-level management role. We want someone who is in the data daily, on calls with brand partners weekly, and holding the team accountable to results every single month. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead, manage, and develop a team of TikTok Shop Account Managers across the full brand portfolio Set performance expectations, run regular 1:1s, and hold the team accountable to GMV, account health, and client satisfaction targets Build playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable processes that raise the floor across the entire AM team Recruit and onboard new account managers as the portfolio grows Be a player-coach — willing to get in the weeds alongside your team, not just manage from above Brand Portfolio Ownership Own the health and performance of every active brand account post-onboarding Personally manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts — serving as the senior point of contact for top-tier brand partners Conduct regular account reviews with brand partners covering performance trends, opportunities, and forward strategy Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brand stakeholders at the decision-maker level Shop Health & Listing Optimization Ensure all managed storefronts maintain strong shop health scores, policy compliance, and platform standing across TikTok Shop and other marketplaces Oversee product listing quality — titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and SEO — across all brand accounts Drive continuous optimization of listings for search visibility, conversion rate, and Buy Box performance Monitor and resolve any account flags, policy violations, or platform issues before they escalate Performance & P&L Management Own the P&L for managed accounts — understanding revenue, COGS, fees, ad spend, and net contribution for each brand Track GMV, sell-through rate, ROAS, affiliate-attributed revenue, and other key performance metrics across the portfolio Identify underperforming accounts or SKUs and develop turnaround plans with clear owners and timelines Provide regular executive reporting on portfolio performance, client health, and growth trajectory Cross-Channel & Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with affiliate, live ops, content, and fulfillment teams to ensure brand accounts are fully activated across all channels Align on inventory levels, fulfillment timelines, and promotional calendars with operations and purchasing Work with the affiliate team to ensure top creators are actively promoting managed brands Partner with live ops to ensure brand SKUs are appropriately represented in live auction rotations Strategy & Growth Develop and execute account growth strategies for each brand — identifying new product opportunities, channel expansions, and promotional levers Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with brand partners, presenting performance data and forward roadmaps Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the portfolio and collaborate with sales leadership to act on them Stay current on platform changes, marketplace trends, and competitor activity to keep managed brands ahead of the curve Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace management, or digital agency client services 2+ years managing and developing a team of account managers or similar client-facing roles Deep hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or comparable platforms Proven track record of driving GMV growth and improving account performance across a multi-brand portfolio Strong command of e-commerce P&L — comfortable owning financial performance at the account level Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with brand partners and internal stakeholders Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity across a large portfolio Ability to work on-site at our Beverly Hills office
Pay:
