Market ManagerJob Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Market Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing team. The Market Manager will be responsible for achieving business goals, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth Drive sales growth and achieve revenue goals through effective business strategies and execution. Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support business growth. Develop and implement action plans to improve overall store performance. Team Leadership & People Management Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team success. Manage employee scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards. Inventory & Merchandise Management Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize shortages. Manage product ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory movement and identify opportunities to improve turnover and reduce shrinkage. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and maintained according to company standards. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support inventory and merchandising initiatives. Operations & Customer Experience Oversee all aspects of daily market operations. Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, operations, sales, or business management. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong understanding of sales, inventory control, and operational management. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Experience managing high-volume retail operations. Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus. Experience with inventory management systems and POS platforms. Strong background in employee development and performance management.
