This energetic role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of driving growth through effective negotiation, account management, and innovative marketing strategies. As a key leader, you will foster strong relationships with clients and partners, identify new opportunities, and oversee the execution of sales plans to expand our presence in the market. Your passion for technology sales and business development will be instrumental in shaping our success story. Duties Manage and oversee daily store operations Lead, train, and supervise store employees Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and product displays Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Manage employee schedules and labor costs Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Prepare operational and sales reports for management Qualifications Fluent in Korean and English (Required) Previous retail management experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills
