Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall store operations Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules and attendance (Staff Control) Manage inventory and place vendor orders Maintain product displays and merchandising standards Ensure and improve customer service quality

Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Experience in retail, market, or food industry preferred Proven experience in staff management and team leadership Experience with ordering and inventory management Basic English communication skills Korean-speaking preferred (or required, depending on your need) Strong sense of responsibility with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a Manager or Supervisor Experience with POS and inventory management systems Multilingual abilities
