This is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing performance across the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong leadership skills and the ability to leverage modern tools—including AI— to improve efficiency and results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, with leadership or management experience Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, social media, web, and design) Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and the ability to apply them to marketing workflows and strategy Experience working with CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and support marketing performance and reporting Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Strong organizational and project management skills Self-starter with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience in legal or personal injury marketing is a plus Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive case acquisition Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across paid media, SEO, social media, and web channels Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms Leverage AI tools (such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar) to improve campaign development, content creation, and internal workflows Build and optimize marketing systems, automation processes, and operational workflows Manage and support a cross-functional team including paid media, web development, design, and social media Set priorities, provide direction, and ensure accountability across campaigns and projects Track and analyze KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI Identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-driven improvements Oversee A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and website performance improvements Optimize the full customer journey from initial awareness through conversion Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors Ensure all deliverables align with internal strategy, timelines, and quality standards Benefits Compensation & Benefits DOE Robust PTO program , including time-off accrual and firm-recognized holidays 401(k) retirement savings program Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable impact and results Clear growth and advancement opportunities within a scaling organization Culture & Perks Supportive, team-oriented environment built on accountability and collaboration Regular firm-wide events, team outings, and company celebrations Fully stocked kitchen with snacks, beverages, and coffee Growth-focused culture with meaningful advancement pathways Leadership team that values ownership, performance, teamwork, and excellence
