ABOUT US
CoachIQ is the operating system for private sports coaches and coaching facilities- website, scheduling, messaging, payments, and online coaching, all in one. We're a lean, seed-stage SaaS company with a clear category and a product coaches actually love.
THE ROLE
We sell a done-for-you (DFY) Facebook and Instagram ads service to our customers. It works and we're ready to scale it into a repeatable, systemized revenue stream. This role owns that buildout end to end: the delivery workflow, the content, the reporting, and the growth of the service itself. You'll have a budget to bring in an assistant. This isn't a coordinator role. We need someone who can build the machine, then run it. This role is AI-native. We use Claude Code and other AI tools daily. You must have an insatiable appetite for the ways AI is changing the economics of marketing and service delivery. You do not need to have extensive experience with AI, as it is rapidly shifting, but you do need to have a depth of curiosity. This role will allow your curiosity to thrive.WHO TENDS TO THRIVE HERE

Build the DFY ads service system — intake, onboarding, ad creation, optimization, reporting — as a scalable, repeatable operation Manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple coaching clients simultaneously- Create content using AI tools: ad copy, creative briefs, landing page copy, hooks Use AI agents (Claude Code, etc.) to automate reporting, research, and workflow
- Hire and manage a part-time assistant within your budget Contribute to CoachIQ's own organic content strategy (social, email, YouTube) Surface what's working and help productize it
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven Meta Ads experience — you know what makes a campaign work and you've managed real budgets AI-native marketer — you've built prompting workflows, used AI for content at scale, or automated marketing tasks with AI tools Curious and self-directed — AI is changing fast; we want someone who stays ahead of it out of genuine interest, not obligation Systems thinker — you see a repeatable process where others see a pile of tasks Content intuition — you can write a punchy hook, brief a creative, or spot why an ad isn't convertingBonus:
