Full Time About Lumos Diagnostics Lumos Diagnostics is a growth-stage diagnostics company focused on delivering rapid, point-of-care diagnostic solutions that support clinical decision-making and patient care. Following the recent CLIA Waiver milestone for FebriDx, Lumos Diagnostics is entering an exciting phase of commercialization, market expansion, and organizational growth across its products and services business. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to lead corporate marketing, downstream product marketing, commercialization initiatives, digital marketing execution, and support for investor-related communications and corporate messaging initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this highly visible leadership role will partner cross-functionally across Commercial, Product Development, Services, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership teams to help drive market awareness, customer engagement, commercialization success, and corporate visibility. This role will also provide leadership to the Digital Marketing & Product Marketing Manager while helping scale and evolve Lumos Diagnostics' marketing function to support future growth. What You'll Do Lead Lumos Diagnostics' corporate marketing strategy, brand positioning, and commercialization initiatives across products and services Drive downstream product marketing activities supporting Lumos' diagnostic portfolio, including FebriDx Develop product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials that support commercialization and market adoption Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support customer engagement, distributor enablement, and revenue growth initiatives Oversee digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, webinars, email campaigns, and content development Support development of investor-related materials, external communications, and corporate messaging initiatives in partnership with Executive Leadership and external partners Manage external marketing agencies, marketing programs, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution across multiple channels Help build and scale a streamlined, high-impact marketing function aligned with Lumos Diagnostics' commercial and strategic objectives What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within diagnostics, IVD, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry Strong experience supporting downstream/product marketing and commercialization initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and execution within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Experience supporting digital marketing, brand management, and sales enablement initiatives Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working within regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device environments strongly preferred Experience supporting investor relations, public company communications, or external corporate communications initiatives is a plus Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $195,000 - $210,000 Eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonus Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, holidays, and sick time Why Join Lumos Diagnostics?
