Develop and champion a clear, compelling, and differentiated product strategy for both AirPods and Vision products encompassing current and future offerings, fundamental technology developments, business model, and partnerships. Influence & Advocacy:
This role requires significant influence and advocacy across the organization. You will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience, build consensus around strategic priorities, and drive alignment across diverse teams. Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners, developers, and thought leaders. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor the product and service landscape, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation. Use market research and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, messaging, and execution. Establish metrics and measurement systems to track product adoption and market impact. Product Launch & Go-to-Market:
Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches for all relevant products and features, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing campaigns and maximizing market impact. This includes defining key messaging, developing compelling product demonstrations, and working cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Guide regional teams on messaging and positioning for global markets. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of audio, wearables and spatial computing, trends, and applications, with a demonstrated ability to articulate a compelling vision for the future. Ability to "see around corners" and help anticipate developments in a fast-moving domain. Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. Ability to develop a comprehensive strategy and translate it into actionable plans with measurable results. Proven customer focus and curiosity. Experience positioning, launching, and pricing consumer hardware products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to trade off priorities in service of the business. Structured thinker with a strong analytics background. Self-starter, ability to focus and execute with an eye for details. A deep appreciation for Apple's values and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers. A sense of humor and the ability to handle ambiguity with grace. Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on audio, wearables and/or AR/VR technologies. Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $290,600 and $464,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
