The App Store is looking for a Global Marketing Manager who will be responsiblefor driving planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns designed todrive meaningful revenue growth. This role will work closely with the larger AppStore Marketing team to align campaign and channel strategies, delivering best-in-class growth marketing campaigns that support the App Storeʼs businessobjectives, support brand positioning, and motivate customers to take action.
DescriptionThe Global Marketing Manager, Co-Marketing will contribute to all phases and elements ofplanning and executing marketing campaigns that support the App Storeʼsmarketing and business goals. This role will directly lead global campaigns end-to-end, from brief development through launch, along with distilling post-campaign performance learnings. This is a key role within the App Store BrandMarketing & Campaigns team, focused primarily on growth campaigns topromote some of the world's largest apps and games-including supporting newapp launches and major in-app events.
This role will lead developer co-marketing campaigns in the US, and acrossmultiple international markets. You will collaborate closely with app developers,and with a variety of Apple cross-functional teams-including marketing channelleads, creative, editorial, and business teams-to define campaign objectives,strategy, messaging, and KPIs, ultimately delivering performant campaigns andinitiatives. You will also partner regularly with international marketing colleaguesaround the world to execute tailored marketing campaigns that resonate locally.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of, and a perspective on, digitalmarketing channels (social, creators, advertising, email, SEO, etc.), an ability toproject manage, a knack for creative ideation, and acute attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to driveconsensus among cross-functional stakeholders, will be critical to this role'ssuccess. You will also regularly craft and deliver presentations to audiences of alllevels, distilling complex information into clean and compelling slides.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with international marketing, including collaborating directly with regional marketing teams in other marketsAnalytical skills and a data-driven mindset; significant experience using data to optimize strategy, performance, and business impact Strong presentation skillsDeveloper-side experience is a plusMinimum Qualifications7+ years of business to consumer marketing experience in the tech industry, gaming industry, and/or ad agenciesPassion for gaming, with affinity for mobile gamesUnderstanding of integrated marketing campaigns, full-funnel marketing channels, and the latest trends in the digital media landscapeProven experience authoring comprehensive marketing briefs, including market context, competition, target audience, goals, and performance KPIsStrong project management skills, including experience managing complex campaigns and marketing initiatives-launching on time and on budgetFamiliarity with marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, testing, and optimizationExperience marketing mobile apps and/or mobile gamesExceptional interpersonal skills; thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and fostering trustExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing Keynote decksPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
