Apple is looking for an individual to join the Product Launch and Marketing Operations team within Worldwide Marketing to help deliver successful product launches and ongoing projects as the leader of the Customer Database Marketing team.
The Customer Database Marketing team owns the end-to-end processing, management, audience segmentation, and usage of data for marketing communications through direct marketing emails and push notifications. These campaigns range from product announcements to programs including trade in, back to school, and holiday.
DescriptionAs the leader of the Customer Database Marketing group, you will oversee the teams focused on Governance, Campaign Operations, Communication Systems, and Data Management. You are also the champion for privacy and process improvements relating to the maintenance and evolution of the database. This role is highly cross functional and works with teams across Apple including WW Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, AppleCare, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Regulatory, Retail, IS&T, and Services. \
