Description As a Marketing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving key marketing programs across various functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning, hands-on project management, and leveraging data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities Support the end-to-end lifecycle of various marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with marketing leads to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, proactively addressing issues to keep programs on track. Utilize data and analytics to monitor program performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations. Drive implementation and adoption of new marketing technologies and AI-driven tools. Prepare and present program updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, program management or project management in a highly matrixed environment Strong comfort and hands-on experience with AI tools (including LLMs), data analysis, and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and Leadership updates Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Proven ability to quickly understand new areas, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively program manage a wide range of marketing initiatives as needed. A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications MBA degree Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly to various levels of audience across working teams and Senior Leadership. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
