Job Description

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to expand and elevate our influencer and affiliate programs in South Bay, California. This role will guide creator partnerships across beauty-focused brands, turning authentic relationships and performance insights into measurable business growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of creator commerce, excellent relationship management skills, and a sharp eye for building scalable programs that support acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and growth of influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and creator partnerships across multiple beauty brands.
  • Design and refine a repeatable creator sourcing approach that identifies brand advocates from existing customer communities.
  • Build a strong network of creators and user-generated content partners to support marketing campaigns, customer growth, and retention efforts.
  • Expand revenue-driving creator commerce initiatives through TikTok Shop and other affiliate partnership channels.
  • Foster lasting relationships with creators and affiliates by overseeing communication, support, and engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of creator programs, including gifting, sampling, contracts, commission setup, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with acquisition and creative teams to shape campaign briefs, define content priorities, and identify high-impact creator profiles.
  • Measure program effectiveness by tracking outreach, engagement, content output, and affiliate performance, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage creator activity across TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and related platforms while improving workflows, tools, and processes to support long-term scale.
