Job Description
A fast growing direct to consumer digital company based in Southern California is hiring a Design Lead, Lead Generation to drive the performance and optimization of lead generation experiences across multiple consumer brands. This full time onsite opportunity in Glendale focused on building high converting landing pages, lead capture funnels, and digital conversion experiences using Webflow, Figma, analytics platforms, and CRO methodologies. The ideal candidate combines strong UX/UI fundamentals with a performance driven mindset and hands-on execution. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and measurable business impact. The company is looking for someone who understands how to turn traffic into qualified leads through thoughtful design, experimentation, and continuous optimization. You'll have ownership over critical acquisition funnels, direct influence on growth strategy, and the ability to mentor a small team while remaining deeply involved in execution. Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of UX/UI or digital design experience focused on lead generation or conversion optimization
- Strong hands-on Webflow experience including page builds and deployment
- Advanced Figma skills including component systems and prototyping
- Experience designing and optimizing landing pages, forms, and lead capture funnels
- Strong understanding of CRO methodologies and A/B testing
- Experience using analytics and behavioral insights to improve conversion performance
- Experience collaborating with developers or external development agencies
- Previous mentorship or team leadership experience Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with franchise, multi-location, or consumer service brands
- Familiarity with home services, lifestyle, or home improvement industries
- Experience working in fast-paced internal creative or agency environments
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics platforms
- Understanding of conversion copy placement, CTA strategy, and user behavior patterns What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and optimizing lead generation funnels and landing pages
- Improving conversion rates through testing and iterative UX/UI enhancements
- Building and deploying pages directly within Webflow
- Managing and mentoring a small team of designers
- Collaborating with marketing, creative, and development stakeholders
- Coordinating with external development partners on advanced implementations and QA Tech Breakdown
