The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's market presence, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall business success through innovative marketing solutions. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals, ensuring measurable results, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain core marketing materials including brochures, specification sheets, technical datasheets, presentations, and product catalogs
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to achieve consistency and premium positioning across all internal and external communications
  • Translate engineering and product features into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Maintain visual and messaging standards aligned with Montague's overall product offering and value proposition
  • Partner with direct company Sales staff and aligned Representative network to develop and update tools that support revenue generation (training materials, presentations, proposals, competitive comparisons, case studies
  • Support representative, distributor, consultant, and customer communications
  • Maintain and organize marketing content libraries for internal teams
  • Assist in rep training and communication initiatives
  • Maintain and update website content including product pages, representative portal, case studies, and company news. Work with other departments as necessary.
  • Support email and online marketing campaigns, CRM communications, and basic analytics tracking
  • Create and manage content development across all social media platforms utilized by company
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy and consistency across dealer online sales channels promoting Montague while enforcing any and all MAP, MRP or other policies
  • Support execution of new product launches and product updates
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to ensure accurate messaging
  • Assist in development of launch materials, sales tools, and internal communications
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for trade shows, facility tours, and customer events
  • Manage booth materials, signage, promotional items, and marketing collateral
  • Support pre- and post-show communications and follow-up
  • Assist in tracking event effectiveness and lead generation
  • Work with external vendors including designers, printers, photographers, and marketing partners
  • Track timelines, approvals, and budgets for assigned marketing projects
  • Maintain marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Support tracking of marketing KPIs including lead generation, campaign performance, website engagement, and sales tool usage
  • Assist in reporting and analysis to improve marketing effectiveness over time
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools Skills Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM techniques.
Strong knowledge of content management systems including WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous. Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management. Experience with marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and track performance metrics. Ability to perform keyword research for SEO purposes; skilled in conversion optimization strategies. Knowledge of B2B marketing principles; adept at developing targeted campaigns for diverse audiences. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales funnels is preferred.
