Job Summary:
The Downstream Marketing Manager will work with strategic marketing initiatives focused on consumer and healthcare provider engagement across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue generating social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and commercialization activities in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in downstream marketing, product positioning, and multi channel campaign execution. This position requires collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, customer engagement, and successful product adoption. The role also supports product launches, campaign optimization, and data driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for consumer and provider channels with a strong focus on social media driven revenue growth. Drive downstream marketing support through customized sales enablement materials, customer facing collateral, and provider engagement tools. Planning and execution of social media campaigns including paid media, organic content, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives. Manage multi channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email marketing, events, partnerships, and print media. Support commercialization activities including product launches, brand lifecycle management, and go to market execution. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight evaluations to strengthen product positioning and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with sales, product, analytics, communications, and medical teams to ensure unified messaging and campaign alignment. Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement, revenue impact, and return on investment. Manage marketing budgets and ensure all campaigns align with healthcare regulations and brand compliance requirements. Identify emerging marketing trends and new channel opportunities to drive innovation and customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical marketing environments. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, paid social campaigns, analytics tools, and downstream marketing strategies. Proven success managing revenue generating social media campaigns and product commercialization initiatives. Experience working with both consumer and healthcare professional audiences. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Experience supporting aesthetics or plastic surgery related markets. Experience managing influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs. Knowledge of multi channel campaign optimization and customer engagement strategies.
