YASBe is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and scale our global social media presence and community ecosystem across X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. This role focuses on building a strong brand narrative, driving user growth, and activating a global PayFi community around payments, stablecoins, and digital finance. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Own and execute YASBe's social media strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Develop high-impact content aligned with brand positioning (PayFi, global payments, stablecoin adoption) Plan and manage content calendars (daily posts, campaigns, product updates, thought leadership) Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion 2. Content Creation & Storytelling Create compelling content including: Short-form posts (X threads, LinkedIn posts) Long-form content (articles, explainers) Video scripts and YouTube content Translate complex fintech / crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives Collaborate with design and video teams for visual content 3. YASBe Community Building Build and manage YASBe's global community ecosystem across digital channels Foster an engaged and active user base through content, campaigns, and ongoing interaction Engage with users, respond to feedback, and strengthen brand trust and loyalty Support community-led initiatives, discussions, and user participation programs Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages long-term engagement and advocacy 4. Campaigns & Growth Initiatives Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and partnership announcements Drive growth initiatives such as: Referral programs Influencer/KOL collaborations Community-led campaigns Track and optimize performance (engagement, CAC, conversion) 5. Brand & Thought Leadership Position YASBe as a leader in PayFi and global payments Work closely with leadership team on: Founder/exec LinkedIn presence Industry insights and narratives (e.g., ISO 20022, stablecoins, cross-border payments) Requirements Strong passion for marketing, community building, user engagement, and storytelling Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, fintech, and global payments Active user of platforms like X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, with a good understanding of content trends and audience behavior Natural ability to create engaging content (posts, threads, short videos, narratives) Fluent English speaker (Chinese is a plus) Self-driven and hands-on — able to execute quickly, test ideas, and iterate Comfortable engaging with online communities and building relationships Curious mindset — eager to learn about PayFi, cross-border payments, and digital assets What We Value More Than Experience Creativity over credentials Execution over theory Curiosity over background Energy and ownership over titles
