TPO Marketing Manager Kind Lending, LLC - 2.7 Irvine, CA Job Details Full-time $65,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Marketing project management Marketing company internal data B2B business model Managing projects Marketing analytics Channel management Campaign performance reporting Analytics Full Job Description Kind Lending is seeking a creative, results-driven TPO Marketing Manager to help grow our wholesale channel through strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and brand awareness efforts. This role will work closely with Account Executives, sales leadership, and the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive broker engagement, generate new opportunities, and strengthen Kind Lending's presence in the wholesale mortgage industry. The TPO Marketing Manager will also support key marketing technologies, vendor relationships, project workflows, and onboarding initiatives that enhance the experience of both external partners and internal team members. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to increase brand visibility, generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives, optimize marketing processes and tools, and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, broker engagement, and brand awareness. Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to create marketing strategies that drive new business opportunities. Create and manage marketing content across email, social media, webinars, presentations, digital advertising, and sales enablement materials. Utilize Salesforce CRM and marketing tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify growth opportunities. Coordinate, manage, and support third-party marketing platforms and vendor relationships, including tools that support customer engagement, reputation management, surveys, and marketing automation. Evaluate and assist with the implementation of new marketing technologies and solutions as directed. Oversee marketing project intake, approvals, workflow prioritization, and service-level expectations to ensure timely execution of requests. Manage and continuously enhance the marketing onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring consistent training, resources, and support that enable long-term success. Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and sales objectives. Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices. Support conferences, events, webinars, and other broker-facing initiatives as needed. Perform additional marketing duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of marketing experience within mortgage lending, financial services, or a related B2B industry. Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign performance measurement, and marketing analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results. Preferred Mortgage industry experience, particularly within Wholesale or TPO lending. Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience supporting sales teams through demand generation and lead nurturing initiatives. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and technologies. Basic HTML knowledge and experience editing email or web-based marketing content. Experience managing marketing technology vendors and third-party applications. Experience with design platforms like Canva Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and company meetings.
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base pay for this position is $65k/annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
