Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overseas marketing plans in alignment with the overall brand strategy, ensuring effective implementation to enhance brand awareness and influence. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand overseas consumer needs, market trends, and industry dynamics, providing data insights to support strategy development and optimization. Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including online/offline event planning and execution, social media content operations, advertising campaigns, and brand partnership initiatives. Ensure clear timelines, resource coordination, and high-quality delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and KOLs to drive cross-channel brand promotion and collaboration. Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand expression across all touchpoints, including packaging, store image, promotional materials, and event presentations. Evaluate and analyze marketing activity performance through data and structured review processes, propose optimization plans, and provide regular reports to management. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. Monitor competitive activities and adjust strategies dynamically to maintain competitive advantages. Collaborate closely with product development and cross-functional teams to support new product launch strategies and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, including at least 2 years in brand management or project management. Experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred. Strong execution capability with proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly proactive, with excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Strategic and creative thinker, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Proficient in market research tools and data analytics software, with strong ability to interpret data and generate insights. Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
