Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone proactive, who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in ownership and excellence. A strong candidate is equally comfortable creating a stunning arrangement, leading a workshop, filming and posting content, cleaning buckets, making a flower market run at 6 a.m., or preparing the shop for a busy weekend. If you're looking for a production-only role, this position is not the right fit. If you are looking to do design only, this is not the right fit. But if you're high-energy, intrinsically motivated, and excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a creative, community-oriented business while working with flowers every day, you should consider applying. We want someone to grow with the business and help us scale. Please send your resume and a portfolio, website, or Instagram showcasing your floral work and creative style. Please highlight your experience marketing a business or your own floral products.
