We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Director to lead and evolve our marketing function in support of a rapidly growing, sales-driven commercial landscape organization. This role will be responsible for building and leading a regionally driven marketing model that directly contributes to revenue growth, pipeline development, and brand positioning across both our self-perform and national accounts businesses. The leader will also play a critical role in M&A integration, employer branding, and workforce strategy, ensuring marketing contributes directly to both revenue generation and labor stability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to align marketing with sales and operations in a performance-driven environment. This leader will establish the frameworks, tools, and accountability needed to empower regional teams while maintaining brand consistency and measurable business impact.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within: Commercial landscaping Facilities services Construction or property services Specialized Skills Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact Experience leading distributed or regional marketing teams Experience operating in or building a decentralized / hybrid marketing model Strong understanding of sales-driven organizations and field operations Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pipeline reporting Exceptional communication and executive presence Leadership & Cultural Expectations Operates with a high level of ownership and accountability Aligns closely with Sales and Operations to drive real business outcomes Brings a builder mindset—comfortable creating structure where it does not exist Balances strategic thinking with executional urgency Drives clarity, simplicity, and consistency across teams Leads with a data-driven and performance-oriented approach Other Requirements 30- 50% travel Valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and lead the company's marketing strategy, aligned with overall revenue growth objectives Transition and optimize the organization toward a regionally driven marketing model Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and operating cadence between corporate and regional marketing teams Serve as a key partner to Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership Lead, coach, and hold accountable team of Regional Marketing Managers Provide structure, tools, and best practices to drive local market effectiveness Ensure consistent execution while allowing flexibility for regional market dynamics Drive adoption of standardized processes for lead tracking, campaign execution, and reporting Own marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue growth Partner with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Operations teams to: Identify and prioritize target accounts and expansion opportunities Increase win rates and deal velocity Build and scale programs that drive: New customer acquisition Cross-sell within existing accounts Local and regional lead generation Establish and maintain a strong, differentiated brand across all markets Ensure brand consistency while enabling localized messaging where appropriate Lead employer branding strategy to support recruiting and retention efforts Develop campaigns to attract frontline talent Oversee brand standards across all touchpoints (digital, proposals, field presence) Own performance and optimization of company websites and digital ecosystem Lead SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and inbound opportunities Implement data-driven improvements to conversion rates and user engagement Ensure alignment between digital presence and regional marketing initiatives Develop and execute a scalable social media strategy to increase: Brand awareness Engagement Followership across platforms Oversee creation of high-impact content, including: Case studies Project highlights Thought leadership Video and visual storytelling Lead development of internal and external communication strategies Align executive messaging across sales, operations, and leadership teams Oversee newsletters, announcements, and key stakeholder communications Drive strategy for awards submissions and industry recognition Identify and pursue PR opportunities that enhance brand credibility Position the company as a leader in the commercial landscape and facilities services space Standardize and implement marketing processes, tools, and reporting frameworks Establish clear visibility into: Lead generation performance Campaign ROI Pipeline contribution Partner with Sales Operations to ensure alignment with CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline tracking Lead Marketing integration for acquired companies Ensure brand alignment and customer continuity post-acquisition Support retention and growth of acquired revenue Success Metrics / KPIs Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline (% of total pipeline) Revenue contribution from marketing-driven initiatives Regional lead generation performance (volume, quality, conversion rates) Win rate improvement on targeted opportunities Cost per lead / cost per acquisition Website traffic growth, SEO rankings, and conversion rates Social media growth and engagement metrics Brand awareness and employer brand strength (qualitative + quantitative) Adoption and effectiveness of regional marketing programs Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pay Range:
