This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with agencies, manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, create compelling content, and use data to drive decisions that directly impact lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a full‑time, in‑office position for candidates who want to make a meaningful impact and grow with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing agencies and external vendors to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. Oversee the development of marketing materials such as digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages for various audiences and platforms. Must be able to concept and propose new campaign ideas for testing. Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, messaging development, and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful engagement and encourages interaction. Regularly review and analyze website performance reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Create and manage editorial calendars and content syndication schedules. Continuously optimize campaigns by capturing and analyzing key data/metrics, identifying insights and best practices, and acting on those findings to improve performance.
Requirements/Skills:
Highly curious about data, strong problem‑solving skills, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision. Experience creating campaigns in online marketing platforms with a solid understanding of major channels such as YouTube, Meta, Twitter, Rumble, etc. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Marketing Manager. Excellent writing and editing skills (photo/video/text editing experience is a plus). Helpful to have knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO. Positive attitude, detail‑oriented, and strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Fluency in English. BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations OR a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
