In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum engagement and conversion. Your expertise will help us connect with our target audiences effectively, drive growth, and strengthen our market position through creative content creation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. Duties Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital marketing, B2B marketing, and e-commerce growth. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to increase visibility and conversions. Utilize SEO tools and techniques—including keyword research, SEO best practices, and content optimization—to improve organic search rankings across search engines. Oversee content creation for websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and manage content management systems like WordPress for website updates. Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, adjusting call-to-actions, and refining user experience to maximize lead generation and sales. Lead social media management efforts across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to build community engagement and brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers through personalized messaging. Stay current with digital marketing trends such as performance marketing, marketing automation tools, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for web enhancements, and SQL for data analysis. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media management, and analytics platforms. Proficiency in SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software. Strong skills in content creation—including copywriting—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite applications. Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website updates; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Experience working within e-commerce environments or B2B markets is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
