Full-time We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing company based in Venice, Los Angeles, CA, for a Marketing MAT Lead to own customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate as both a strategist and a hands-on executor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning customer success stories, content, and growth opportunities into signups, conversions, and revenue. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and is comfortable building structure while still moving quickly. About the
Role:
The Marketing MAT Lead will own the second half of the growth flywheel: turning momentum, success stories, and customer insights into measurable acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for launching and scaling new acquisition channels, improving conversion, strengthening the marketing funnel, and helping drive consistent month-over-month growth in signups. This is not a brand-only marketing role. We are looking for someone who has owned numbers, driven measurable outcomes, and can execute directly instead of only managing external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Own customer acquisition and revenue-focused marketing initiatives Drive consistent month-over-month growth in signups and conversions Launch, test, and scale new acquisition channels Turn customer success stories, content, and social proof into revenue opportunities Improve funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition strategy Build repeatable marketing processes without slowing down execution Work across growth, content, lifecycle, performance, and product marketing initiatives Track key metrics such as signups, conversion, CAC, LTV, revenue impact, and channel performance Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience driving revenue through marketing Strong background in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer acquisition Hands-on execution ability, not just strategy Experience owning measurable growth metrics such as signups, conversion, CAC, LTV, or revenue Strong understanding of customer psychology, funnels, and conversion Comfortable working in early-stage, startup, consumer, prosumer, creator, or B2C environments Ability to build, test, learn, and scale marketing initiatives quickly High ownership, bias toward action, and strong focus on outcomes
Strong Backgrounds May Include:
Growth Marketing Manager / Lead Performance Marketing Manager Lifecycle Marketing Manager Customer Acquisition Manager Product Marketing Manager with a growth focus Head of Growth or Marketing Lead in an early-stage company You May Be a
Strong Fit If You Have:
Built or scaled paid, lifecycle, content, referral, or growth loop channels Owned a number directly, not just contributed to broader campaigns Improved conversion rates, signups, revenue, CAC, or LTV Worked in a high-growth startup or fast-moving consumer/prosumer business Turned customer stories, content, or product momentum into measurable business growth
