Job Description

About the Position We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who understands both digital marketing strategy and the sales process behind website development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify, SEO, AI Search Optimization (SGO), paid advertising platforms, content marketing, and partnership development. This individual will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping position our company as a leader within the industry. Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities. Present and sell website development, Shopify solutions, and digital marketing services. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Develop strategic partnerships with industry vendors, software providers, agencies, and service companies. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to generate business opportunities. Marketing & Content Development Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting both existing clients and prospective clients. Create educational and engaging blog content focused on marketing, e-commerce, SEO, AI search optimization, and industry trends. Develop social media content calendars and campaign strategies. Create compelling social media advertisements and promotional campaigns. Assist in developing webinars, presentations, case studies, and educational resources. Event & Partnership Management Coordinate and manage trade show participation, sponsorships, and industry events. Develop co-marketing opportunities and strategic alliances with complementary businesses. Identify opportunities for joint ventures, referral partnerships, and industry collaborations. Required Skills & Experience Applicants must have a strong understanding of: Shopify & E-Commerce Platforms Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Generative Optimization (SGO) / AI Search Optimization Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads TikTok Ads Connected TV (CTV) Advertising Streaming Radio Advertising Email Marketing SMS/Text Marketing Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising Content Marketing & Blog Writing Social Media Marketing Marketing Automation Platforms CRM Systems Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or business development. Proven ability to sell marketing services and website solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with jewelry retailers, luxury brands, or e-commerce businesses. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem apps and integrations. Experience managing trade shows and industry events.
