Sr Digital Web Performance Manager Braintrust - 4.5 Los Angeles, CA Job Details $90 - $110 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder engagement Adobe Experience Manager Marketing analytics Marketing controlled experiments research Cross-functional communication Stakeholder management Full Job Description Job description We are seeking a Digital Web Performance Manager to lead the optimization, measurement, and performance strategy of a large-scale global web ecosystem spanning multiple business units, regions, and markets. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Design, Content, and regional teams to drive conversion optimization, experimentation, governance, and web performance at enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities Own website performance, conversion optimization, and experimentation strategies across global websites and digital experiences. Lead A/B testing programs, including hypothesis development, execution, analysis, and recommendations. Define and evolve global web analytics, tracking, tag management, and measurement frameworks. Establish scalable landing page and conversion best practices that can be adopted across regions and business units. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Data, and Technology teams to ensure compliance, consent management, and tracking governance standards. Conduct competitor, market, and user behavior analysis to identify optimization opportunities. Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business outcomes. Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption of web performance best practices. Key Requirements 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, web optimization, CRO, web analytics, or related disciplines. Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale global websites for Fortune 500 organizations. Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, web analytics, tracking, tag management, and conversion optimization. Direct experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience supporting complex, multi-region, multilingual websites with multiple business units and stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across global teams.
