Enterprise Marketing Manager Location:
Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA (Full-time, in-office) Role Overview We're hiring an Enterprise Marketing Manager to be a versatile, hands-on builder on our Enterprise (B2B) Marketing team. You'll execute campaigns end-to-end across email, content, web, and digital channels — partnering closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing as we scale enterprise revenue across B2C brands, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Workforce. This is a generalist seat by design. You'll wear multiple hats, learn the full B2B funnel, and have room to grow into a vertical pod or specialty (campaigns, demand gen, lifecycle) as the team matures over the next 12-18 months. If you want a broad scope, lots of ownership, and a clear runway to expand your role, this is for you. Responsibilities Integrated Campaign Execution Build and ship multi-channel campaigns, email, web, paid, organic, from brief to launch, in partnership with Product Marketing and Field Marketing. Own the integrated campaign calendar. Manage campaign QA, asset trafficking, and post-launch reporting on a recurring cadence. Content & Email Production Draft and edit short-form marketing copy: emails, landing pages, social posts, ad copy, and sales enablement collateral. Turn vertical messaging from Product Marketing into deployable, on-brand assets across channels. Maintain the marketing content library and keep messaging consistent across campaigns and verticals. Sales & Field Marketing Support Build campaign extensions of Field Marketing's event programs — pre-event nurtures, on-site follow-ups, post-event content tracks.
Support Sales with one-off enablement:
email templates, follow-up sequences, vertical-specific one-pagers and decks. Help operationalize ABM plays in partnership with Sales and MarOps as the motion matures. Measurement & Optimization Track campaign performance against pipeline, engagement, and conversion KPIs. Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and creative; document what works and share back to the team. Surface insights to Product Marketing and leadership; recommend next-quarter optimizations. Qualifications 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce). Comfort running campaigns across at least three of: email, web, paid social, organic social, content, or events. Project management chops — able to ship across overlapping deadlines and competing stakeholders. Excellent collaborator. Partners well with Sales, PMM, Field Marketing, and Design. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus:
experience marketing to Public Sector, Healthcare, or other regulated industries. Why This Role You'll join a B2B Marketing team scaling from a few seats to a full-stack org over the next year.
This is a builder seat:
high ownership, broad scope, a fast learning curve, and a clear path to growing into vertical, specialty, or leadership roles as the team matures. You'll work directly with the VP of B2B Marketing and partner with the broader marketing leadership team across Brand, Product Marketing, and MarOps. ID.me is an equal opportunity employer.
