    • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 9 years of experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, or business-to-business (B2B) marketing. + Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience in the digital advertising, technology, or enterprise software industry.

    • Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey.
    From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. In this role, you will sit at the strategic heart of Google Ads, where marketing goes beyond driving awareness to proving undeniable financial growth. You will help the world's businesses understand the true value of their marketing investments so they can confidently grow, transforming measurement from a complex, technical chore into a powerful engine for executive decision-making. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect who connects the dots across our measurement portfolio. You will weave together how businesses understand their customer journeys, how they use experimentation to prove what works, and how they use advanced modeling to plan their future budgets. You will partner with global consultancies, uncover exactly how executives make financial decisions, and use those insights to shape both our product experiences and our global marketing campaigns. As a senior leader in a dynamic, global organization, you will build the foundational strategies that empower teams worldwide to help brands navigate a complex ecosystem.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
