Vinattieri 1385 seeks a digital marketing leader to manage and elevate the digital presence of our portfolio across owned channels, retailer platforms, and paid media. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this role is responsible for digital asset management, website management, paid and organic search, retailer digital media strategy, and digital support for direct sales channels. The role partners with brand marketing, sales, e-commerce, creative, agency, and social teams to ensure strong, aligned execution across the consumer journey. Key Responsibilities Digital Presence & Brand Stewardship
Own the digital presence of the portfolio across brand websites, retailer sites, and third-party platforms
Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect brand standards, approved messaging, accurate product information, and best-in-class presentation
Conduct regular audits of digital content, retailer execution, and competitive activity to identify gaps and surface opportunities
Partner with the social media team to align timing, assets, and messaging across channels Digital Asset Management
Lead digital asset management across all platforms, including the company DAM and retailer, distributor, and partner environments
Ensure imagery, copy, video, and brand materials are current, approved, and on-brand across all channels
Maintain governance around asset organization, metadata, version control, and content consistency Website Management & Owned Channels
Manage ongoing website updates, content publishing, merchandising, QA, and issue resolution across portfolio sites
Partner with internal teams and agencies to maintain a premium, functional website experience
Support digital programming that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion across owned and direct sales channels Retailer Digital Media & E-Commerce
Set strategy for paid digital opportunities across key retail media networks including Kroger Precision Marketing, Walmart Connect, and Instacart Ads
Develop annual and campaign-level recommendations for retailer digital media investment, asset needs, and testing priorities
Partner with sales, customers, and retailer contacts to strengthen brand execution across customer digital ecosystems
Support broader e-commerce initiatives that improve digital shelf quality and conversion Search & Performance Marketing
Lead paid and organic search efforts including keyword strategy, agency coordination, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
Manage Google Ads and related top-of-funnel tactics to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion
Maintain and optimize Google Merchant Center and product listing environments as applicable
Conduct A/B testing across creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve efficiency Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
Deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign-level reporting with actionable insights on digital presence, search, retailer media, and website performance
Translate performance data into recommendations that improve effectiveness and digital brand visibility
Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives in support of portfolio growth Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field. Experience
4+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital content management, retail media, or omnichannel brand marketing
2+ years in a manager-level or autonomous role with direct responsibility for digital campaigns or platforms
Prior experience in roles such as Digital Marketing Manager, E-commerce Manager, Retail Media Manager, or Website/Digital Experience Manager
