Girl / L.A. COLORS Cosmetics by Beauty 21 Cosmetics, Inc., a leading cosmetics company headquarters in Ontario, California is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of beauty and fashion industries, in tune with trends, brands, blogs, and cosmetics! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategies focusing on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all of Beauty 21's promotional materials and marketing campaigns for retail and eCom initiatives. 1.
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Create detailed marketing plans, setting specific objectives for digital, content, events, and traditional marketing channels.

Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs, metrics, and data analysis, making adjustments to ensure performance goals are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure campaigns support broader business strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning.
- Build relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers.

Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee brand development initiatives, including rebranding, new product launches, and visual identity updates.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.

Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and content to drive engagement and conversions.

Budget Management:
- Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Report on ROI and provide financial forecasts for marketing activities.

Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and trends.
- Use insights from data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Minium Education (or substitute experience) required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Minimum Experience required:
7 + years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. 2 years working experience in digital marketing.
Skills Required:
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong digital marketing experience, including managing SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners and agencies. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and deliver with accuracy and quality according to a timeline. Keen interest in and passion for social media platforms like Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and beauty products! Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication Detail-oriented, self-starter and agile Collaborative team-player Excellent time-management and organization skills to manage multiple projects and tight timelines. Proven experience developing integrated content strategy and content-driven programs. Ability to create and meet deadlines while managing the team's time efficiently and prioritizing in a multi-tasking environment. Experience using analytics and metrics to guide topic and content development. Strong project management skills, experience managing freelancers, and ability to seamlessly manage design process. Advanced knowledge of content marketing methodology and demonstrated knowledge of effective engagement processes and tools to drive audiences to act. Self-starter with an exceptional ability to follow through, lead and influence others. Knowledge of CRM (Dynamic 365) and marketing automation software (Hubspot, Marketo)
