The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns that generate new demand, enhance brand awareness, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a data-driven marketer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies focused on driving leads and customer acquisition across Tesla Energy's product lines
Content Development:
Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing content, such as email campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, and whitepapers, that drive engagement and conversion
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Lead the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across digital platforms (including paid search, display, email, social media, affiliate networks), referral program, traditional media, and Tesla's owned channels
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs (e.g., lead volume, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost), and utilizing A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring to maximize campaign efficiency Collaboration with
Sales & Product Teams:
Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead handoff, ensuring qualified leads are nurtured through the sales pipeline
Market Research & Audience Segmentation:
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and industry trends. Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor campaigns to different personas and customer needs
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across channels and initiatives What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
