Backed by international manufacturing operations and a rapidly growing dealer network, QLI specializes in premium strength equipment, commercial gym solutions, and customized fitness products for gyms, studios, schools, hotels, developers, hotels, performance facilities, and home gym customers. We are building a serious long-term fitness equipment brand focused on growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and scalable systems. Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead QLI's day-to-day marketing execution, digital growth initiatives, brand positioning, content strategy, and video marketing efforts. This is not just a "posting on Instagram" role. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing supports sales growth, lead generation, dealer development, customer acquisition, and overall business expansion. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, execution-focused, fast-moving, comfortable on camera, and capable of producing engaging video-driven marketing content in a scaling business environment. You will work directly with executive leadership while collaborating with our international creative support team responsible for editing, graphics, and production assistance. Key Responsibilities Social Media, Content & Video Production Manage QLI's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Develop and execute monthly content calendars Create engaging product, fitness, educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content Plan, shoot, and direct short-form and long-form video content for social media, advertising, website use, and trade shows Coordinate gym install videos, product demonstrations, showroom walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and event coverage Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed for promotional or educational content Work closely with internal editing and creative teams to maintain content quality and brand consistency Write captions, campaign messaging, email content, and promotional copy aligned with QLI branding Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting campaigns, and lead generation initiatives Support website content updates, landing pages, SEO efforts, and conversion optimization Track campaign performance, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics Assist with CRM-driven marketing campaigns and email marketing efforts Help improve lead generation systems and marketing ROI Sales & Brand Support Support dealer marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Assist sales team with presentations, flyers, product promotions, and trade show materials Coordinate marketing support for expos, events, and product launches Help strengthen QLI's positioning within the commercial fitness equipment industry Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs including lead generation, engagement, campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates Provide weekly marketing activity and performance reports Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and marketing ROI AI & Technology Expectations QLI Fitness Equipment USA embraces modern technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, efficiency, creativity, and scalability across marketing operations. Candidates should be comfortable leveraging AI tools and modern marketing technology to enhance productivity, content development, campaign execution, reporting, video planning, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who understands that AI is a tool to accelerate execution — not replace strategic thinking, creativity, accountability, or business judgment. Preferred AI & Technology Experience Using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, research, workflow optimization, and campaign support Leveraging AI-assisted platforms for social media planning, video scripting, image generation, analytics, and productivity Managing high-volume marketing workflows efficiently with internal creative support teams Understanding how to combine human creativity with AI-driven execution to maximize output and performance Qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing Experience creating video-based marketing content for social media and advertising Comfortable filming content using smartphones, cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms Understanding of paid advertising and lead generation strategies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment Self-motivated with strong execution skills and attention to detail Fitness industry experience is a plus B2B marketing experience is highly preferred Preferred Skills Short-form video creation and storytelling Basic photography and video direction Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and commercial-style product content CRM and marketing automation familiarity SEO and website content understanding Trade show or event marketing experience Ability to interpret marketing analytics and adjust strategy accordingly Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on experience building a national fitness brand Collaborative international support structure Why Join QLI?
