About Hooplife Hooplife Corp is a fast-growing health and wellness product distributor and cross-border e-commerce company headquartered in Pomona, California. We specialize in bringing premium supplement and consumer health brands — including Enfamil, Move Free, and UPSA — to market across the U.S. and global channels. With a decade of industry experience and an expanding international footprint, Hooplife operates a vertically integrated supply chain spanning procurement, warehousing, and cross-border logistics between the U.S. and China. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Brand & Supply Chain Manager to join our Brand & Supply Chain team. This role is the operational backbone of our brand portfolio — responsible for end-to-end procurement planning, supplier relationship management, SKU and inventory strategy, and cross-border supply chain coordination. You will work closely with the Director of Brand & Supply Chain and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and brand partnership excellence. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, bilingual (English/Mandarin) environment and has hands-on experience managing supplier relationships and inventory operations in the health, beauty, or consumer goods space. Key Responsibilities Brand Selection & Vendor Management Research, evaluate, and onboard new brands and suppliers aligned with HOOPlife's portfolio strategy Maintain and grow relationships with brand partners and manufacturers; track brand updates, promotional programs, and rebate structures in real time Participate in brand meetings, prepare reports, and ensure follow-through on commitments and action items Monitor market trends and proactively identify new product opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio Procurement & Order Management Develop and execute accurate, timely procurement plans based on sales forecasts and inventory data Enter and manage purchase orders with precision — ensuring quantities, pricing, and rebate records are correct Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and product specifications Track inbound shipments and ensure on-time receipt and warehouse intake Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate procurement and logistics operations between U.S. and China-based supply chain teams Monitor inventory turnover rates and work proactively to reduce excess or out-of-stock situations Support cost control initiatives through supplier negotiation, volume planning, and landed cost analysis Maintain accurate, up-to-date product and supply chain information across internal systems SKU & Inventory Planning Develop and maintain SKU-level inventory plans aligned with sales velocity and promotional calendars Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams on stock health, write-offs, and cycle counts Manage information flow between procurement, warehousing, and sales to ensure data integrity Team & Process Management Supervise and coordinate the daily work of supply chain team members; assign tasks and ensure execution Approve and review internal workflows and requests via Dingtalk (钉钉) in a timely manner Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across the procurement-to-receipt cycle
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or brand operations — preferably in FMCG, health supplements, consumer goods, or cross-border trade Proven experience managing vendor relationships and purchase order workflows Strong data skills: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking, cost analysis, and reporting Bilingual in English and Mandarin Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindsetPreferred:
Experience with cross-border (U.S.-China) supply chain operations Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Experience in health, wellness, or supplement product categories Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members Familiarity with Dingtalk or similar enterprise workflow/approval toolsWhat We Offer Compensation:
