Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in Pomona, California. This role involves overseeing brand development, advertising, market research, and community-based programs to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive marketing budget to align with organizational goals and financial objectives.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and marketing programs to increase attendance and awareness of events and services.
  • Design and implement diversity-focused marketing strategies to build relationships with community organizations and reflect market demographics.
  • Provide marketing support and resources to various business units and partners to achieve revenue and attendance targets.
  • Oversee the work of external agencies to ensure brand integrity and the development of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image, identity, and positioning for the organization and its events to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to guide marketing strategies and improve decision-making processes.
  • Create and manage cross-promotional programs to maximize engagement with the existing customer base.
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and promotion of organizational websites and digital marketing efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the marketing and sales functions. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, advertising, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least five years of leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a track record of developing strategic business and operational plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing email campaigns, B2B marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in campaign planning and building brand awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
