Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in Pomona, California. This role involves overseeing brand development, advertising, market research, and community-based programs to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the comprehensive marketing budget to align with organizational goals and financial objectives.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and marketing programs to increase attendance and awareness of events and services.
Design and implement diversity-focused marketing strategies to build relationships with community organizations and reflect market demographics.
Provide marketing support and resources to various business units and partners to achieve revenue and attendance targets.
Oversee the work of external agencies to ensure brand integrity and the development of strategic marketing initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the brand image, identity, and positioning for the organization and its events to ensure competitive advantage.
Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to guide marketing strategies and improve decision-making processes.
Create and manage cross-promotional programs to maximize engagement with the existing customer base.
Oversee the design, maintenance, and promotion of organizational websites and digital marketing efforts.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the marketing and sales functions. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, advertising, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least five years of leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong decision-making skills with a track record of developing strategic business and operational plans.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in planning and executing email campaigns, B2B marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in campaign planning and building brand awareness.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
