Experience as a tech lead for a consumer-facing product (e.g., search, ads, or social media platforms). Experience in distributed systems design, architecting high-performance services that manage multiple requests per second. Experience building maintainable and scalable back-end platforms. Experience in C++ or other systems-level programming languages. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and align cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, UX, and reliability engineering). About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
